Streetguard is a virtual app concept I designed for anyone who feels unsafe walking the streets at night. Through the app, users can hire a streetguard to accompany them as they walk, providing a sense of security. However, the idea behind the app and its campaign goes beyond just this service—it is also a form of protest against the fact that many people feel unsafe on the streets at night. Streetguard is a call to action, urging society to make streets safer for everyone, while raising awareness of the broader issue of public safety.
